Is your dog a good family member
or is your dog causing you so many problems that you do not know what to do or where to go? All animals need a Pack
Leader. If you have lost your position, problems will develop that if not taken care of, will become worse. With
the proper guidance, I can help you regain your position which will help regain your control and eliminate most problems.
I have developed programs that have helped hundreds of dog owners become more knowledgeable about their dog and be able
to live in harmony with their dog.
DOES NEUTERING HELP WITH BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS?
Male dogs not neutered, especially
working breeds, have a greater chance of becoming dog aggressive due to sexual frustrations. There is a greater chance of
dogs becoming more territorial when not neutered which leads to people or dog aggression. Females not spayed will come
in heat twice per year and non neutered males can pick the scent up over 3 miles away. This is one reason
we only board spayed or neutered dogs because all dogs boarded with us come out for dog playtime. The best time to spay or neuter is by 6 months. Not only will it eliminate
the before mentioned problems, there is less of a chance for breast cancer in the females and prostate cancer in the males.
It is much easier to train spayed and neutered dogs and to avoid behavioral problems as they become sexually mature.
DOES YOUR
DOG HAVE ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS?
1. JUMPING ON YOU OR
OTHERS 2.
AGGRESSION WITH DOGS-FAMILY-STRANGERS 3. NOT COMING WHEN CALLED 4. HOUSEBREAKING 5. CHEWING 6. SEPARATION ANXIETY 7. PULLING ON THE LEASH 8. SHY OF NOISES OR OBJECTS. 9. DOOR CRASHING (Running Out An Open Door). 10. CHASING VEHICLES-PEOPLE-HOUSEHOLD ITEMS.
Because families and dogs have
different dog problems and different lifestyles, I have developed various programs that can be tailored made to help correct
bad behavior. To determine the best program for you and your dog, look at the chart below. Some require more work in
the beginning but if you have knowledge, patience and are consistent, you can make your dog a better family member.

HALTI
Where the head goes, the body follows. The Halti keeps the dog focused
on you rather than the distraction. It looks like a muzzle but it does not stop a dog from biting. It does not
restrict the dog from opening his mouth. He can still play, drink water or eat (not recommended left on unsupervised).
You can purchase a Halti at most pet stores.
